Overview
This article lists the steps to access the Infinio support portal for the first time, to submit a request or to simply navigate through the existing knowledge base.
Process
- Access the Infinio Support Portal.
- If this is the first time you are logging in, please click on the Sign-up option to create a new account.
- If you have communicated with our support team in the past, via email, then your account will already exist in the system. You can then use the Forgot my password option to request a new password.
- You will need to enter your email address to retrieve your password and then click on the Submit button.
- Please note that the system may take up to 10 minutes to send you an email with a one-time link to create your new password.
- In case you do not get this email, please also check your spam folder.
- You will need to enter your email address to retrieve your password and then click on the Submit button.
- After logging in, end-users will be taken to the home page, where you will be able to see product announcements, documentation and technical articles for Infinio.

- From the home page, click on Submit a request to submit a new technical support ticket.
